The Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita on Wheels in Provinces of Dinagat Islands and Siargao Islands in Surigao del Norte, from March 22 to 25 2022

KADIWA ON WHEELS | The Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita on Wheels has once again traversed the Provinces of Dinagat Islands and Siargao Islands in Surigao del Norte, from March 22 to 25, in order to sell affordable fresh fruits and vegetables including chicken, and other basic commodities.The Kadiwa on Wheels is a modified program by the Department of Agriculture spearheaded by the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) wherein agri and fishery products and other basic commodities of kadiwa partners – the farmer’s cooperatives and associations (FCAs) are brought closer to the communities, especially to those recently affected by Typhoon Odette that hit the said provinces last December 2021.Prices of the agri products are sold in a much lower price in order to augment their needs of fresh and nutritious foods.
