The Philippine participation to IAE was in support to the 70th Anniversary of the Philippines-Korea Diplomatic Relations. The sales under negotiation amounted to Php 1,535,900.00 as reported by eight (8) participating companies which were mostly women entrepreneurs. Undersecretary Evelyn Lavina, the Head of the delegation presented the Status of Women in Philippine Agriculture during the IAE forum. She highlighted the women entrepreneur programs, projects and the initiatives, collaboration and support of private and government sectors to strengthen and sustain the capacity and capability of the entrepreneurs in the country.
